The large-mouth basket with small holes is an original spare part for the Sirman Ektor juice extractor (exploded-view number 15S). The basket is the perforated filter that rotates at low speed inside the bowl: it retains the pulp and lets the juice drain through, separating the liquid from the waste during cold-press extraction.
This version has the small perforation (small holes), recommended for obtaining clearer, more filtered juices from fruit and vegetables, with less pulp in the glass. The Ektor machine comes as standard with several baskets with different perforations, to be chosen according to the desired result.
