The carriage locking knob mod. 300 DOM is the original spare part for the RGV model 300 slicer. This knob is used to lock the product carriage in a fixed position: tightening it immobilises the tray slide, an essential function for cleaning, tray removal and safe maintenance of the slicer.

Always check the diameter (65 mm) and the hole size (M12) before purchasing, as they can vary between models. The knob should be replaced when it is cracked, has a stripped threaded hole, or can no longer clamp and hold the carriage locked: in these cases the tray may move during operation, compromising safety. Replacement is straightforward and requires no special tools.
