Complete grater attachment (loading mouth assembly) for the RGV Duetto Plus kitchen machine. This is the grater body that fits onto the Duetto Plus motor: it includes the loading mouth where the product is inserted, the reinforced metal roller holder and the four interchangeable rollers V1, V2, V3 and V4.

What it's for. The Duetto Plus is a multifunction kitchen machine (grater, tomato press, meat mincer): this accessory is the part dedicated to grating. Cheese (or dry bread) is placed in the mouth, pushed down with the pusher, and the rotating roller grates it. The four rollers allow different grating textures, from fine to coarse, simply by removing and swapping the roller in the roller holder.

Why the metal version. The roller holder is made of reinforced metal, more durable than all-plastic versions: it withstands pressure better on aged cheeses and with continuous use.

Compatibility. Genuine spare part for the professional Duetto Plus 110250 and 110251 (code 110254). It is designed for the new version of the Duetto Plus: before purchasing, check the fitting on your model by comparing it with the accessory's image.
