The knurled foot with Ø18 mm coupling is the support foot for flywheel-type slicers of the BKL (Berkel) type, supplied in a pack of 4 pieces (ref. BKLAFF0109P). The knurled (grooved) surface provides a non-slip grip at the base of the machine, while the Ø18 mm coupling ensures a stable, precise fit onto the base frame, with no play.
Fitted at the four corners of the slicer, the foot helps keep the machine stable during use, reducing vibration and unwanted movement, and protects the work surface from scratches and wear.
Replace the feet when they are worn, cracked or hardened, or when the machine is no longer stable and tends to 'wobble' during cutting. The pack of 4 pieces allows all the feet on the machine to be replaced at once.
