PVC finger guard for the food pusher, spare part for gravity-feed RGV slicers, models 195, 220 and 250 (domestic line such as Luxor, Lusso, Lady, Export and similar).
What it's for. The finger guard is the safety protection fitted to the food pusher arm: it keeps the operator's hand at a safe distance from the blade while pushing the food against the tray. It is an essential safety component and must always be kept intact and in place.
When to replace it. Being made of PVC and exposed to daily use, it can break, crack or deform: a damaged or missing finger guard exposes fingers to the risk of cuts. In that case it must be replaced immediately. It is easy to remove, including for cleaning and hygiene purposes.
