Slice deflector for OMAS VS 220 / 82NE Dampa slicers. Distance between mounting holes: 75 mm.
The slice deflector is the plate positioned behind the blade that detaches and guides the cut slice, preventing it from sticking to the blade and keeping the cut clean. Replace it when it is bent or worn, or when slices tend to stick: a badly positioned deflector compromises cutting quality.
Specific to the OMAS VS 220 / 82NE Dampa models; check the mounting hole spacing (75 mm) before purchasing. Adjustment close to the blade must be carried out carefully, with the machine switched off.
