Meat pusher (ref. 31) for Fama meat mincers size 8, 12, 22, 32 (eco included), made of food-grade ABS plastic. It pushes the meat down the feed throat towards the auger, keeping your hands away from the cutting group (safety component). Replace it if broken, cracked, deformed or lost.

Stainless steel mincer plate for size 22 meat mincers, SLX version with two reference notches. It works as a pair with the cross knife to mince the meat. Compatible with size 22 mincers (including Sirman mincer-graters). Available in different hole sizes. To be replaced together with the knife when the holes are widened and the meat comes out crushed.

Self-sharpening Salvador knife (blade), stainless steel, for size/model 12 meat mincers. A 4-edged knife that, rotating against the perforated plate, grinds the meat. Being self-sharpening, it keeps its edge when matched with a plate in good condition: it's best to replace knife and plate as a pair. Replace when the meat comes out crushed or warm. Also available for the 22 and 32 systems.

Stainless steel auger (worm screw), ref. F53, for Fama size 12 meat mincers and FTG102 / TG12 mincer-grater. Stainless version: more hygienic and durable than the aluminium and cast iron variants. Wear part — replace when the flight is worn and the meat comes out crushed.
