Stainless steel mincer plate for size 22 meat mincers, SLX version with two notches (two reference notches that lock it correctly in place in the mincer head). It is the perforated disc against which the cross knife rotates: together they form the cutting group that minces the meat by pushing it through the holes.
It works as a pair with the knife of the same size 22 system: for a clean mince, knife and plate must be kept sharp and replaced together. When the holes widen or the knife edge wears down, the meat comes out crushed, warm or mushy instead of being cut cleanly.
Compatibility: size 22 meat mincers (including Sirman mincer-graters). Available in different hole sizes (hole diameter) depending on the mince you want: check which hole size you need. Made of stainless steel, hygienic and corrosion resistant.
