The stainless steel slice deflector mod. Mirra 300 VBS is the component for the Sirman Mirra 300 slicer. It sits directly behind the blade and collects the freshly cut slice, guiding it out of the machine to make slicing easier and cleaner for the operator.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it withstands frequent washing and food contact without corroding.
Replace it when the original part is dented, deformed or corroded: in these cases the slice no longer exits correctly and product can build up near the blade.
