Sharpening stone (abrasive grinding wheel) for slicers, dimensions 45 × 8 × 10 mm (diameter × thickness × centre hole). Wear part of the built-in sharpener assembly that restores the edge of the circular blade. Version with an oversized 10 mm centre hole: suitable for sharpener assemblies fitted with this pin size. Compatible with slicers that use these dimensions. The fine grit finishes the cutting edge and refreshes its sharpness: it is used after the coarse-grit wheel for a clean cut. The wheels work as a pair in the sharpener assembly: keep both grits on hand and replace the stone when it is worn or glazed. Check the three dimensions (diameter, thickness, hole) on your machine before purchasing: they determine compatibility regardless of the brand.
